Who should attend?

GrowthCLUB 90-day business planning is designed for business owners and senior managers, though anyone is welcome. Many business owners choose to include one or two of their senior team. It often helps to include more then one person from a company, as it can make it easier to create plans on the day, and to hit the ground running when it comes to implementing the plans.

In the last 10 years, he has helped clients to recover in excess of £30million.

Andrew will be taking you through what to watch out for to avoid debt issues, preventative measures you can take as business owners, top tips to avoid bad debts and the legal process which you must follow to collect debts.

Chris is Vestd’s Senior Equity Consultant, and he’s been with Vestd since August 2021. He’s the go-to person for founders, financial directors, and accountants when it comes to figuring out the best share scheme options. Chris also leads a talented team that helps SMEs set up share schemes that really work—aligning with company goals and giving teams something meaningful in return.

Before Vestd, Chris’ spent his time mainly in the manufacturing sector working with UK SMEs. He is familiar with the issues of recruitment, retention and incentivisation after several years running teams in a large US Global Company.
